AO NAMI Club Customer Program Terms
General
AO NAMI Club is a customer loyalty program by AO NAMI Sushi, intended for customers who place orders with AO NAMI Sushi.
By joining the loyalty program, you agree that the details you provide on the website, including your name, phone number, email address if provided, order information, and other data required for operating the program, may be stored in AO NAMI Sushi systems for the purpose of customer identification, managing your membership, linking discounts and benefits to your phone number, processing orders, improving service, and providing benefits as part of the program.
In addition, as part of joining the program, you may give your consent to receive messages and marketing updates from AO NAMI Sushi, including menu updates, promotions, special offers, personal offers, and messages related to the loyalty program. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Joining AO NAMI Club means that you agree to these program terms, including any updates that may be published on the AO NAMI Sushi website.
AO NAMI Sushi reserves the right to change the program terms, benefit structure, discount amounts, membership levels, and rules for using benefits at its discretion, by publishing the updated version of the terms on the website.
Definitions
“AO NAMI Sushi” or “the company” — the AO NAMI Sushi business, providing sushi ordering and delivery services in Netanya and the surrounding area.
“The website” — the AO NAMI Sushi website.
“The program” or “AO NAMI Club” — the AO NAMI Sushi loyalty program.
“Program member” — a customer who has completed the joining form on the website, provided their details, and confirmed agreement with the program terms.
“Joining the program” or “activation” — completing the form on the AO NAMI Sushi website, providing contact details, and confirming the program terms.
“Phone number” — the phone number provided by the customer during registration, to which the program membership, discounts, and benefits are linked.
Joining the Program
Joining the program is done by completing a dedicated form on the AO NAMI Sushi website.
As part of the registration, the customer will be asked to provide details such as name, phone number, and, if necessary, additional contact details.
A customer who does not complete the required fields or does not confirm the program terms will not be considered a member of AO NAMI Club and will not be entitled to the program benefits.
Membership in the program is linked to the phone number provided by the customer during registration. If the customer changes their phone number, they must notify AO NAMI Sushi in order to preserve the ability to use the program benefits.
Consent to Receive Marketing Messages
As part of joining the program, the customer may give explicit consent to receive marketing messages and updates from AO NAMI Sushi.
Such messages may be sent using the contact details provided by the customer, including WhatsApp, SMS, email, messengers, or other communication channels available to AO NAMI Sushi, depending on the contact details provided.
Marketing messages may include, among other things, information about AO NAMI Sushi products, menu updates, promotions, special offers, personal offers, benefits for club members, and reminders.
The customer may withdraw their consent to receive marketing messages at any time by contacting AO NAMI Sushi through one of the available communication channels.
Refusing to receive marketing messages does not necessarily cancel membership in the program. In such a case, the customer may continue to use the program benefits available to them, but may not receive proactive messages about benefits, promotions, or updates.
Program Benefits
AO NAMI Club members may receive benefits according to their membership level in the program, as determined by AO NAMI Sushi.
Benefits may change from time to time at the discretion of AO NAMI Sushi.
As of the publication date of these terms, the program levels are as follows:
Silver Card
The Silver Card becomes available after the first order of 200 ₪ or more.
After the Silver Card is activated, the program member receives a 5% discount on future AO NAMI Sushi orders of 200 ₪ or more.
Gold Card
The Gold Card becomes available to program members who have placed completed orders totaling 5,000 ₪ or more within 12 months.
The Gold Card provides a 10% discount on future AO NAMI Sushi orders, subject to the program terms.
Platinum Card
The Platinum Card becomes available to program members who have placed completed orders totaling 10,000 ₪ or more within 12 months.
The Platinum Card provides a 12% discount on future AO NAMI Sushi orders and may also provide access to personal offers, special conditions, and additional benefits at the discretion of AO NAMI Sushi.
Calculation of Order Amounts
For the purpose of determining the membership level in the program, only orders that were actually placed, paid for, and completed within the last 12 months will be counted.
Cancelled orders, unpaid orders, unfulfilled orders, or orders that cannot be linked to the program member’s phone number will not be counted.
The total order amount is calculated based on the program member’s phone number provided during registration.
AO NAMI Sushi may check and update the customer’s membership level based on their actual order history.
Using Discounts
The discount may be used only for future orders after the relevant card has been activated.
The discount is linked to the program member’s phone number and cannot be transferred to another person.
The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, gift offers, special offers, coupons, or individual discounts unless AO NAMI Sushi has explicitly stated otherwise.
AO NAMI Sushi reserves the right not to apply the discount to certain items, sets, promotional products, special offers, delivery fees, or temporary promotions.
Personal Data and Use of Information
The data provided by the customer when joining the program is used by AO NAMI Sushi for the following purposes:
registering and managing program membership;
linking benefits to the customer’s phone number;
identifying the customer in future orders;
processing orders and providing service;
calculating the total order amount;
applying discounts and benefits;
improving service and customer experience;
sending messages related to the program, orders, benefits, offers, and AO NAMI Sushi services, in accordance with the customer’s consents.
AO NAMI Sushi does not sell customers’ personal data to third parties.
AO NAMI Sushi may use statistical or aggregated information that does not personally identify the customer for analysis, service improvement, business management, and improving the customer experience.
Changes to the Program Terms
AO NAMI Sushi may change the program terms from time to time, including discount amounts, membership levels, joining conditions, eligibility conditions, and the program benefits themselves.
The current version of the terms is published on the AO NAMI Sushi website.
Changes to the terms take effect from the moment they are published on the website, unless stated otherwise.
The responsibility for reviewing the current version of the program terms lies with the program member.
Cancellation of Program Membership
A program member may request to end their participation in AO NAMI Club at any time by contacting AO NAMI Sushi through one of the available communication channels.
A request to cancel program membership may result in the cancellation of benefits, discounts, and rights accumulated within the program, if such benefits existed.
AO NAMI Sushi may suspend or cancel a customer’s participation in the program in cases of misuse, providing false information, attempting to transfer benefits to another person, violation of the program terms, or actions that do not match the purpose of the program.
Summary
Silver Card — 5% discount after the first order of 200 ₪ or more. Gold Card — 10% discount after completed orders totaling 5,000 ₪ or more within 12 months. Platinum Card — 12% discount after completed orders totaling 10,000 ₪ or more within 12 months.
Membership in the program is linked to the customer’s phone number. Discounts apply to future orders and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. The customer may request to stop receiving marketing messages at any time. The program terms may be updated from time to time on the AO NAMI Sushi website.
